Position Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer at AI Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions that transform the recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities:
AI Model Development:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to enhance candidate matching, resume parsing, and predictive analytics.

Data Analysis and Processing:
Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for training AI models.
Utilize large datasets to train, validate, and test machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
Algorithm Optimization:
Optimize and fine-tune existing AI algorithms to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in a production environment.
Proven experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
