Position Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer at AI Recruitment,  you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions that transform the recruitment industry. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI algorithms and models that improve our AI-driven recruitment platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our clients’ recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to enhance candidate matching, resume parsing, and predictive analytics.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continually improve the platform’s capabilities.

Data Analysis and Processing:

Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for training AI models.
Utilize large datasets to train, validate, and test machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
Algorithm Optimization:

Optimize and fine-tune existing AI algorithms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Implement techniques for feature selection, dimensionality reduction, and hyperparameter tuning.
Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand business requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet those needs.
Communicate complex AI concepts and technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Deployment and Monitoring:

Develop and maintain AI model deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Monitor the performance of deployed models and implement updates as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Innovation and Research:

Lead and contribute to research projects that explore new AI methodologies and applications within the recruitment domain.
Publish research findings in reputable AI and machine learning journals or conferences.
Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in a production environment.
Proven experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
Knowledge of database technologies and data warehousing solutions.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
