Responsibilities:
These may include but are not limited to:Microsoft Windows Active Directory Administration – User and group management, Network Services, File Services, Interoperability with M365 Environment.
Experience creating and managing Azure applications and access.
Okta SSO environment administration and interoperability with business applications, including authentication and security.
Ability to design and implement LAN and WAN networks to support future expansion of the network.
Configure and support Palo Alto firewalls, including security and NAT policies, WAN and VPN configuration.
Manage VMware and Nutanix environments – functionality, maintenance, optimization, hardening.
Collaborate with Director of Cyber Security to implement network and application security hardening and monitoring.
Managing on-premises and cloud backup solutions.
Implement and manage Enterprise Wi-Fi.
Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Azure / Entra, Intune.
Patching and updating of all on-prem infrastructure hardware across the enterprise.
Assist with configuration of video conference equipment for Zoom rooms including Poly and Shure devices.
Act as level 3 support on Service Desk escalated issues impacting end user services and equipment.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years related corporate experience.
Expert level knowledge configuring and maintaining Okta.
Experience programming Meraki, Dell, and Brocade switches.
Minimum current CCNA
Experience configuring Meraki and Ubiquity Wi-Fi solutions.
Experience configuring and maintaining Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access / GlobalProtect VPN. Palo Alto certification strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft ADS, VMWare ESX and Nutanix virtualization technologies, SQL Server, Terminal Services.
Experience with network and endpoint management and security solutions including Intune, Manage Engine, Lansweeper, TeamViewer, PRTG, Rapid 7, anti-virus.
Expert troubleshooting skills including ability to use Wireshark.
Technical Knowledge:
Equipment: Experience with switches, firewalls, physical and virtual servers, PCs, scanners, voice mail and e-mail systems, VoIP telephone systems/PBX, video conference systems, and common office machines, or ability to be trained. Knowledge of other equipment required: Diagnostic and repair of desktop, laptop, and server hardware.
Software Knowledge: Windows, MS Office 365 platform and suite of tools, Remedy Force, Manage Engine, Lansweeper, TeamViewer, Okta, Zoom.

Pay Rate: $65.00 – $70.00/hr.
